Today's WOD was:

5 rounds of:

1 minute of wall balls (subbed in 45lb thrusters)
1 minute of rope ascents (subbed in towel pull-ups)
400m
Rest for remainder of 6 mins

My numbers were:

Thrusters: 30-32-30-30-28

Towel Pull-ups: 15-14-13-15-15
