Ring WOD

On Friday I did the ring WOD that was posted on the main site. I subbed in muscle ups for the inverted movement because I wasn't sure how to execute it. Here's what my workout looked like:

Complete five rounds of:
7 Muscle-ups
15 Ring Push-ups
